| 摘 要： | 中国加入世贸组织后,企业面对的竞争环境更加复杂,竞争压力越来越大,提升企业核心竞争力势在必行.本文对核心竞争力的内涵及性质进行了分析,指出了中国企业核心竞争力的现状及其面临的人才、核心技术、品牌、企业文化等障碍,并提出了克服障碍的途径.

| Abstract: | After China' s joining the WTO,enterprises of China face more complex environment and stronger competition pressure,so enterprises must cultivate their competence.The article analyses the concept and the nature of core ccmpetence,the obstacles of talents,core technique,brand and corporate culture that Chinese enterprises face in their developing process,then especially points out the counter measures to overcome the obstacles. |
