| Abstract: | The present paper focuses on the importance and functions of college students' taking part-time jobs while studying.It also studies some problems involved and ways as to how to give it full play.Finally,the paper suggests that, by perfecting the organization and strengthening the management,it is a key in implementing quality-oriented education and training more all-round talents qualified morally,intelligently and physically. |
