| 摘 要： | 围绕探索高校辅导员队伍建设新途径，论述了高校实施辅导员工作“课程化”模式的必要性是改变高校辅导员工作现状的需要，是提高辅导员工作实效性的需要，是科学评价和考核辅导员工作的需要，是实现辅导员队伍专业化建设的需要，是实现高校全方位育人的需要。以“课程化”模式开展辅导员工作就能更好地兼顾辅导员的教育与管理职责，使辅导员工作更加系统化、长效化。

| Abstract: | Centering on the new ways of developing university counsel or team ,the paper discusses the neces-sity of implementing curricular mode of university counselors ,which is a requirement for improving the efficien-cy of counseling ,for evaluating scientifically the counseling performance ,for building a professional counsel or team and for all-around education at universities .The curricular mode of counseling can better combine the ed-ucating and managing responsibilities of counselors ,systematize the counseling in long term . |
