银鲳鱼脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:为了解银鲳鱼中脂肪酸的组成,采用Bligh-Dyer提取法对样品中脂肪油进行提取,甲酯化后利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析测定.结果发现从银鲳鱼中鉴定出21种脂肪酸,饱和脂肪酸9种,相对百分含量占总检出量的36.92%,不饱和脂肪酸12种,相对百分含量占总检出量的63.08%,其中EPA和DHA的相对百分含量分别为3.45%和13.18%.

Study on fatty acid in Pampus argenteus
Abstract:Composition and contents of fatty acid in Pampus argenteus was analyzed.The fatty oil was extrac-ted by Bligh-Dyer method and esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol, and the fatty acids methanol esters were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that 9 kinds of sat-urated fatty acids (36.92 %) and 12 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids (63.08%) were identified in Pampus argenteus,and the contents of EPA and DHA were 3.45%and 13.18%respectively.
