GC—MS法对南北方猕猴桃中脂肪酸成分分析

摘    要:对南方猕猴桃、北方猕猴桃的脂肪酸组成和含量进行了分析对比.采用索氏提取法提取两者中的脂肪油,以氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液对脂肪油中的脂肪酸进行甲酯化,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析.结果表明:南方猕猴桃的亚油酸含量高于北方猕猴桃,但其亚麻酸含量低于北方猕猴桃.

Abstract:The South and the North kiwifruit's fatty acid composition and content are analyzed and compared.Their fat oil is both respectivly extracted by Soxhlet,methyled by potassium hydroxide-methanol solution,and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results shows that the content of the linoleic acid of the South kiwifruit is higher than the North kiwifruit,but the content of the linolenic acid is lower than the North kiwifruit.
