| Abstract: | In this paper,in view of the congenital deficient of the development in local colleges and universities,one of the main reasons is that local university teachers incentive mechanism is not perfect.In order to better promote teachers’ incentive mechanism in local colleges and universities,to put forward the countermeasure for the construction of teacher’s incentive mechanism. |
