| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着社会经济的发展,高校辅导员面临的形势发生了巨大改变,辅导员面对新时期的新形势,要努力分析大学生的特点,认清带来的挑战与机遇,积极调整状态,努力克服困难,争取早日适应高校思想政治教育新形势,不断开创辅导员工作的新局面。
