| 摘 要： | 历史档案文献信息化建设与管理是适应新时代档案管理的需要,可以更有效、高效地保护和利用历史档案文献。本文详细阐述了历史档案文献信息化建设与管理的原则,包括优化档案文献管理模式,统筹规划、突出重点,坚持协调统一、可持续的发展三方面。并从领导重视、思想统一,加强信息化的基础设施和人才建设、制定统一的标准和规范三个方面阐述历史档案文献信息化建设与管理的重点。在此基础上,本文历史档案文献信息化建设与管理实践,包括历史档案文献数据库建设和历史档案文献信息化平台建设。本研究可为我国历史档案文献信息化建设与管理提供指导。

| Abstract: | The informatization construction and management of historical archives is to adapt to the needs of file management in new era,can utilize and protect historical archives more effectively.This paper describes the principles of informatization construction and management of historical archives,including the optimization of archival management,overall planning,outstanding the key,insist to coordinate unify,sustainable development three aspects.And from the leader takes seriously,unity of thinking,strengthen information infrastructure and personnel construction,unified standards and norms three aspects to describe the key of information construction and management of historical archives.On this basis,the article analyzes the informatization construction and management practice of historical archives,including historical archives literature database construction and historical archives information platform construction.The research can provide guidance for the informatization construction and management of Chinese historical archives. |
