| 摘 要： | 图书馆管理工作对于保证图书馆功能的发挥具有重要的作用,传统的管理模式注重的是图书馆功效的发挥而忽略了人本理念的重要性,所以,探索合理的图书馆管理模式是必要的。本文主要从读者心理需求对于图书馆管理工作的重要性分析以及建立整体的有效的管理体系两个方面开展了工作,分别对二者从三个方面进行了深刻的分析。

| Abstract: | The management work plays an important role to ensure the library function,the traditional management mode is to pay attention to the library function and ignore the importance of the concept of people,therefore,to explore the rational management mode of the library is necessary.This article mainly from the psychological needs of readers in library management analysis and the establishment of the overall and effective management system from two aspects work was carried out,respectively,to the two from the three aspects of the in-depth analysis. |
