黑龙江省农村留守儿童问题成因分析与对策研究

摘    要:农村留守儿童是中国社会较为特殊的弱势群体。农村留守儿童问题是中国社会转型期产生的一个复杂的社会问题。通过对黑龙江省苏家店镇农村留守调研情况入手,深入分析认为该问题是体制、家庭、学校和政府等方面因素综合影响的结果。解决该问题应从优化体制改革、加强家庭教育意识、提高监护人综合素质、关注留守儿童等方面入手。

Abstract:Left-behind children is the special vulnerable group in rural society of China.Problems of left-behind children in rural areas of China are complex social problems during the period of social transition.Through the situation of rural left-behind in Heilongjiang province Sujiadian town,analyzes the problem is the outcome influenced by system,family,school and government and other factors.To solve this problem,we should optimize the system reform,strengthen the consciousness of family education,improve the comprehensive quality of left-behind children guardian,pay attention to left-behind children.
