| 摘 要： | 本文从一起学生伤害事故的处理经过和结果对什么是学生伤害事故、学生伤害事故的种类、学校对学生伤害事故承担责任的归责原则和学校对学生伤害事故责任免除的抗辩事由进行了法律思考,最后对该案进行了法律评价。
