| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展和科学技术的不断进步,建筑业作为我国的支柱产业之一,对建筑工程的要求也越来越高。近年来,保证建筑工程施工质量与安全一直建设施工单位所要面对的一大挑战,项目经理作为项目工程建设的第一责任人,担负着保证工程质量与安全的重任。因此,本文对加强建筑工程质量管理进行了分析,并对独立基础安全施工技术进行了几点总结。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of our economy and progress of science and technology,building industry as one of pillar industries of our country,getting higher and higher requirements for the construction.In recent years,guarantee the construction quality and safety has been the challenge that construction units have to face,project manager as the person of the first responsibility in the project construction,responsible and ensure engineering quality and security responsibility.Therefore,this paper analyzes the strengthening of quality management of construction engineering,and provides a few summary on the independent foundation safety construction technology. |
