| 摘 要： | 随着各个高校学生会及学生社团举办的活动越来越多,对学生干部的综合素质的要求也随之提高。本文在介绍了思维导图的特点的同时叙述了思维导图应用于学生干部培养的具体做法。提出思维导图,将对学生干部的培养起到关键作用。
