| Abstract: | In this paper,Institute of chemical and environmental engineering,female postgraduate employment over the past few years encountered the difficulties,and the proportion of female postgraduate in the future graduate students,analyzed the employment of female graduate students face difficulties in employment and the reasons,and according to the actual situation of our school put forward work plans to solve female graduate employment. |
