| 摘 要： | 现代图书馆的发展在重视信息化、技术化的同时,更应始终坚持"以人为本"的服务理念。笔者仅从图书馆的公益性质出发,谈谈自己对于充分服务和培养具有高水平信息管理技能图书馆员的几点看法。以期实现现代图书馆的可持续发展。
