| 摘 要： | 技术的应用是当今社会发展的一个重要前提,小到人们的生活起居,大到国家社会的发展进步,都需要技术的支撑。但如今技术的飞速发展显然已经有些不受人们的控制,技术这把双刃剑,既给人们带来幸福又给人们带来灾难。所以如何把握好技术的内在价值与外在价值,努力使两种价值之间统一协调,加强技术的利处减弱技术的弊处,是当下科技哲学工作者应该重视的问题。

| Abstract: | Technology is an important prerequisite for the social development,to people’s daily life,the national development and progress of society,these need technical support.But now the rapid development of technology has apparently some people control,technology is a double-edged sword,which brings happiness to people and bring disaster to people.So how to grasp the technology of internal value and external value,and strive to make two kinds of value coordination,strengthen technical advantages weakening technology disadvantage,the philosophy of science and technology workers should pay attention to the problems. |
