| 摘 要： | "中国梦"是实现民族复兴的伟大梦想。中国梦美,教育任重,高校作为教育施展的重要阵地,承担实现中国梦的重要使命。辅导员作为高校重要群体,在建设和谐高校的过程中发挥重要作用。伟大中国梦的实现,高校辅导员亦具有重要使命,这需要辅导员自身的努力和高校政策环境的共同推动。
