| 摘 要： | 随着酒店管理专业"工学结合"教学实践活动的推进,越来越多的学校选择让学生进入酒店顶岗实习,本文以该专业学生顶岗实习案例为切入点,认真分析酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习过程中所遇到的常见法律问题并依据现有法律法规总结解决办法,同时提出建议。

| Abstract: | With the promoting of "work-integrated learning" teaching practice of hotel management,more and more schools choose to enter the school-running practice,this article takes the professional students school-running internship case as the breakthrough point,carefully analyzes the common legal problems in the process of the reform practice of hotel management professional students and on the basis of existing laws to summarize solutions,and it put forward some suggestions. |
