| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国目前民航飞行员的培养模式,分析了不同培养模式过程的优势与不足,针对我国民航飞行员短缺的现状,以及时代的进步对民航飞行员的高标准要求,结合对国外民航飞行员培养模式的比较分析,最后提出如何构建适合我国国情的飞行员培养模式。
