| 摘 要： | 高校公寓思想政治教育是我国目前高校思想政治教育工作的重点课题。公寓辅导员作为公寓思想政治工作的主要实施者,必须要对公寓学生的生活和学习情况进行了解,按照"服务、引导、教育、管理"的原则,切实有效地做好高校公寓思想政治工作,为广大学生的成长、成才、品德修养、情感交流创造良好的环境。本文主要就公寓辅导员在高校思想政治教育工作中的必要性进行分析,希望为公寓辅导员工作的有效开展提供一些参考。
