水资源的最优战略选择研究

摘    要:针对华东地区水资源及用水需求,进行水资源最优战略选择。首先运用Matlab软件进行灰色预测,得到华东地区的人口数,从而计算出华东地区的用水需求。然后建立常微分方程得出华东地区的水资源供给,求其差值得到缺水量。再根据最低运费的约束规则,利用Lingo软件,对水资源进行调度。最后通过层次分析方法,建立环境效益模型,从环境治理方面对水资源的短缺问题进行解决。

Abstract:This article is based on the east area of China's water resources and water demands, for the most correct strategic choice of water resources. First, using gray prediction of the MATLAB software to get population of east China region, may calculate the water demand in east China. And ordinary differential equation is built in order to get east China area water supply and water deficit through its difference. And then, based on the constraint rules of minimum freight, Lingo software is used to schedule water resources. Finally, through hierarchical analysis method, the model of environmental benefits is established to solve the shortage of water resources from the aspects of environmental management
