| 摘 要： | 在小政府理论中，哈耶克把自由主义看成理论核心，并通过自由的伸张、自由的演进、自由的实践来阐述有限理性论和自发秩序论是其小政府思想的两大基石。批判的吸收、借鉴哈耶克小政府思想，对于改进政府管理体制、完善政府制度建设、加强政府人员管理等有重大的启发意义。

| Abstract: | In Hayek’s liberalism government thoughts, subjectivism is the theoretical basis of micro-government idea and the liberalism is the theoretical core, then he constructs the micro-government idea system, which is composed of bounded rationality, spontaneous order and the liberty practice. We should critically assimilate Hayek’s liberalism government thoughts, which is of Enlightening signiifcance to the improvement of the government management system , system construction and government personnel management. |
