| 摘 要： | 本文分析了GIS的技术特点,同时从社区建设规划、社区物业管理、社区资源三维可视化和社区实时动态数据的管理和分析等具体应用方面进行了分析,将深度促进智慧社区的建设和发展,有着较为广阔的前景和应用价值。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the technical characteristics of GIS applying into the digital community. On the analysis of GIS, There are many aspects applied in the digital community such as construction planning, property administration, resources visualization and temporal data management. The technology and application of GIS will develop the construction of community, which is sure to have wide application prospects and economic values. |
