浅议我国民营企业人力资源管理的现状、问题与对策

摘    要:我国民营企业现已成为经济增长、市场繁荣、技术创新、上缴税收和扩大就业的重要基础,但由于民营企业内部集所有权与经营权于一身,在人力资源管理上存在极大的缺陷,其比较优势和竞争优势受到了制约,也影响了我国经济可持续发展。本文分析了我国当前民营企业人力资源管理的现状及困境,探讨了存在问题的原因,同时也提出了科学建立民营企业人力资源管理机制的若干对策和建议。

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Human Resource Management of Private Enterprises in China

Abstract:Private enterprises has already become an important foundation of the economic growth, market prosperity, technological innovation, paid taxes and the expansion of employment. However, as the ownership and management are in one set within the private enterprises, there has been a great defect in human resource management and its comparative advantage and competitive advantage have been restricted which also affect our sustainable development of micro-economic foundation. This article analyzes the present situation and the plight of human resource management in China, discusses the reasons of human resource management problems in China, and proposes to establish scientifically a number of strategies and recommendations for human resource management mechanism and system of private enterprises.
