| 摘 要： | 为了加快推进学校治理体系和治理能力的现代化,依据校情,课题组提炼出“育人为本”“教师至尊”“学生至上”“课堂为王”“服务保障”五个以人为本的办学新理念。其重要意义在于落实党的十九届四中全会决策部署的需要、适应厦门市教育形势变化的需要、破解热点难点问题的需要。形成“以服务促管理,以管理提质量,以质量求发展”的校长“心理学影响力”和“非权力影响力”的管理实验,促进老校新发展,是全体禾中人的时代使命。

| Abstract: | To promote modernization of school management system and managing capacity,based on school reality,the project group summarize five new schooling concepts of human orientation,including“human cultivation”,“teacher respect”“student centeredness”“class essence”and“service guarantee”.Its important significance lies in the need to implement the decision-making and deployment needs of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party,to adapt to the needs of changes in the education situation in Xiamen City,and to solve hot and difficult issues.The era mission of all the faculty of Xiamen Heshan Middle School is to propel the development of the old school,as well as to fulfill the management experiment of the headmaster’s“psychology influence”and“non-power influence”“,with service to promote management,management to promote quality,and quality to promote development”. |
