摘    要:针对教师在主题活动课程设计中,如何以儿童为本位展开研讨,优化课程结构,寻找有效策略,我们成立观察研究小组,从主题活动的生成、生长、实施、评价中不断组织教师商讨,以儿童为本位观察幼儿,根据观察报告优化课程。

Abstract:In the course design of theme activities, teachers should discuss how to focus on children, optimize the curriculum structure, and find effective strategies. We set up an observation and research group to continuously organize teacher discussions from the generation, growth, implementation, and evaluation of theme activities, observe children with children as the center, optimize courses based on observation reports.
