摘    要:分层教学,是一种根据学生个人水平、能力等方面的差异对学生进行的区别教育。分层式教育是一个很好的教学方法,它并不是传统观念认为的"歧视性教育",它有更多的分层手段和教学目的。我们对于分层式教育,要辩证看待,找到分层式教育的优点,也要分析出其存在的弊端,这样才能有效提升教育质量。

Abstract:Hierarchical teaching is a kind of differentiated education for students based on their personal level and ability. Hierarchical education is a very good teaching method. It is not "discriminatory education" as traditionally considered. It has more hierarchical methods and teaching purposes. We need to look at hierarchical education dialectically, find the advantages of hierarchical education, and analyze its disadvantages, which is the best way to improve the quality of education.
