小学语文小班化教学的实现与价值探索

摘    要:小学生的教育管理非常考验教育工作者的职业素养、创新能力和管理意识。我们要找到适合小学生行为习惯和认知能力的方式,实现因势利导、因材施教。小班化的语文教学不仅是班级规模人数的改变,更是教育资源的优化配置和创新教育技能举措的大胆尝试。用好小班化教学方式,搞好学科教育创新模式,相信这对提高学生的语文学科水平、促进其进步成长有积极意义。

Abstract:The education management of primary school students tests the professional quality, innovation ability andmanagement consciousness of educators.We should find a way to adapt to the behavior habits and cognitive ability of primaryschool students, so as to guide students according to their aptitude. Small class Chinese teaching is not only the change of classsize, but also a bold attempt to optimize the allocation of educational resources and innovate educational skills. It is believedthat it is of positive significance to improve the students' Chinese subject level and promote the students' progress and growthby making good use of the small class teaching method and doing a good job in the innovative mode of subject education.
