| Abstract: | The education management of primary school students tests the professional quality, innovation ability andmanagement consciousness of educators.We should find a way to adapt to the behavior habits and cognitive ability of primaryschool students, so as to guide students according to their aptitude. Small class Chinese teaching is not only the change of classsize, but also a bold attempt to optimize the allocation of educational resources and innovate educational skills. It is believedthat it is of positive significance to improve the students' Chinese subject level and promote the students' progress and growthby making good use of the small class teaching method and doing a good job in the innovative mode of subject education. |
