| 摘 要： | 幼儿园作为幼儿膳食的主要提供者,主要负责研究营养搭配是否合理、营养素是否全面均衡、膳食质量是否优质等问题。面对越来越多的营养失衡幼儿,实施营养配餐刻不容缓,而只有平衡膳食才是把《中国居民膳食指南》真正落实到幼儿餐盘内的唯一途径,这对缺乏专业人士指导科学配餐的农村幼儿园尤为重要。

| Abstract: | As the main provider of children’s diet,kindergartens are mainly responsible for researching whether the nutritional mix is reasonable,whether the nutrients are comprehensively balanced,and whether the quality of the diet is highquality.Faced with more and more children with nutritional imbalances,it is urgent to implement nutritional catering,and only a balanced diet is the only way to truly implement the"Chinese Residents’Dietary Guidelines"into the children’s plates.This is a problem for rural areas that lack professional guidance for scientific catering.Kindergartens are particularly important. |
