| 摘 要： | 实现中国社会的现代化、赶上和超过世界先进国家的发展水平，是中国共产党人的奋斗目标，为了实现这一目标，中国共产党进行了不懈地努力和探索。建国后在领导全国人民实现现代化的进程中，中国共产党人进一步认识到：经济的发展靠科技、科技发展靠人才，人才培养靠教育。教育关系到社会主义事业成败，只有科学技术发展了，文化教育加强了，中华民族物整体素质提高了，才能真正建立富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化国家。

| Abstract: | The Chinese communists' s objective is to realize national mo dernization,to catch up and over tak e the de-veloping level of the advonced count ries of the world,to which the Communist Party of China dedicates its pers istent efforts and exploration.In the course of lea ding the Chinese people to moderniza tion,the Communists gain the further knowledge that economic development depends o n science and technology which in tur n depends on qualified personnel,an d the qualified personnel sequentially d epends on education which ultimately decides the success or failure of th e socialistic cause.Therefore,only by advocatin g and developing education can CPC in prove the national quality and build China into a rich,democratic civilized and modernized socialistics country. |
