| 摘 要： | 在大学的现代化进程中,注重对人的精神关怀,重新确立大学的尊严,成就大学生的理想人格,对每个大学生乃至整个民族都尤为重要。课堂是高校教育的主要场所,是提高教育质量的核心所在,作为一种价值观念——"人文思想"应体现在大学课堂中。以人文精神为核心思想,对高校课堂进行解构和重塑,对课堂文化从精神文化、教学文化和班级文化三个方面进行构建,对高校创建有效教学课堂有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | In the process of university＇s modernization,it is particularly important to concern one＇s spirit,to anew establish the dignity of universities,and to get college students to achieve their ideal personalities. Classroom is the main site of higher education,and the care place for a college to improve teaching quality. And the humanistic thought,as a coucept of value,should be embodied in it. This paper,based on the humanistic spirit,desconstructs and reconstructs the college classroom,constructing the classroom culture in view of spiritual culture,teaching culture and class culture,which has a certain guidance in the establishment of effective teaching classroom for colleges. |
