| 摘 要： | 美国的陪审制度因其独特的设计在英美法系中运作是最好的,曾经为众多国家所青睐。它作为美国审判制度的重要组成部分,既是一种政治制度,又是一种司法制度,同时还具有特殊的社会功能。现拟将从政治功能、司法功能和社会功能上对美国陪审制度进行分析,希望对欲了解和研究美国陪审制度的人提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The American jury system performs best in Anglo-American law because of its special design,so it has been favored by a great many of countries.It's considered as an important part of American justice system,and it is an political system as well as an justice system.Moreover,it has peculiar social function.The American jury system will be analyzed from the political function,the justice function and the social function in order to provide people who want to understand and study the American jury system with experiences. |
