| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代早期至今,中国崛起成为举世关注的重大议题,在全球引发了激烈的探讨和争论。近年来中国领导人在许多正式场合申明“中国和平崛起”的重要立场。这需要我们以高度的政治智慧,科学地判断国际形势,从中国和世界的实际出发,做好和平崛起的安全战略谋划,才能抓住并充分用好宝贵的战略机遇期,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

| Abstract: | From the early 80's of the 20th Century up till now,China's growing-up has become a significant topic concerned by the whole world,which leads to acute discussion and argument.In recent years,Chinese leaders have declared the important standpoint of"Chinese Peaceful Growing-up" in many formal sites.It need our high politic wisdom,scientific judgment of international situation,and preparing the security stratagem design from China and the whole world's fact,so that we can catch and make full use of the rare opportunity to realize the great revival of China. |
