论德育情感及其德育功能

摘    要:德育情感的德育功能是指,德育传导者的德育情感在德育过程中,具有促进德育对象接受德育传导者所传导的政治思想和道德观念的作用。德育情感的德育功能具有内在的机制,表现为人格导向、动机激励和环境感染等作用。德育工作者应通过培育自身德育情感,充分展示德育情感,巩固德育情感的德育功效等途径去发挥德育情感的德育功能。

Abstract:The moral education function of moral education emotion is the function that the moral education emotion of the moral education introducer can help the receiver to accept the politics priciple and moral ideas from the introducer during the moral education process.The moral education function of moral education emotion has its own inbuilt mechanism,and its function is presented as characteristics direction,motivation encouragement and environment influence,etc.The moral education worker should fulfil the moral education function of moral education emotion by building of his own moral education emotion,fully presenting the moral education emotion and confirming the moral education effect of moral education emotion.
