铜─铬─钼/二氧化硅三元复合加氢催化剂的研究

摘    要:本文研究了Cu-Cr—Mo/SiO2三元复合加氢催化剂的制备工艺和寿命。结果表明Cu-Cr—Mo/SiO2三元复合加氢催化剂的制备工艺稳定可靠,切实可行,各元素含量可以控制.在芳香族硝基化合物加氢还原的反应中,本催化剂性能较现在工业上所采用的改性单铜催化剂有较大提高,一次寿命负荷超过单铜50%以上,最高达176%。

Abstract:This paper reported the process technology and the lifetime of the catalyst of Cu-Cr-Mo/sio2, The results of performance tests heve proved that the process technology of the catalyst of Cu-Cr-Mo/sio2 is stable and reliable,the content of Cu. Cr. Mo can be controlled in the catalyst respectively.The catalyst of Cu-Cr-Molsio2 is better than that of Cu/sio2, it is used in hydrogenation of aromatic nitrocompounds widely. The Loads of the Catalyst of Cu-Cr-Mo/sio2 were increased up to 50%-176% over that of cu/sio2 in once lifetime, No regenerating.
