| 摘 要： | 2008年奥运会将在北京举办，高校如何抓住机遇，迎接挑战。共同协商如何办好高校高水平运动队，为我国竞技体育培养人才作出贡献。我国至1985年开展课余训练以来已有20年办高校高水平运动队的经验，并取得了一定的成绩，但在内部管理模式上还不够完善，制约了我国高校高水平运动队的发展。如何借鉴美国高校高水平运动队完善的内部管理模式，并结合我国的实际情况制定出符合我国国情的高校高水平运动队内部管理模式。

| Abstract: | 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing,how to catch opportunity and face challenge,and how to build high-level sports team and give contribution to develop sports talents is a big task for universities.We have accumulated much experiences of building high-level sports team since our country carried out training after class in 1985.Although we have yielded some achievements,internal management model is not perfect,so it limits its develop ment.According to real conditions of our country,it's crucial for us to plan management model of high-level sports team in university,drawing lessons of American high-level sports team in universities. |
