| Abstract: | Workplace learning as a form of learning is different from learning patterns in school education.In an era of promoting lifelong learning,it has been a subject of widespread concern both in vocational education and learning research in the western countries.The definitions,causes and learning patterns of workplace learning in the West are discussed and analyzed so as to provide useful reference for workplace learning research and practice in China. |
