| 摘 要： | 教育政策法规在促进英美两国学前教育改革和发展的过程中发挥着关键作用。在比较英美两国学前教育政策法律的基础上发现,英美两国重视学前教育政策法规建设、加大资金投入、促进教育公平、建立监督评估机制、提高学前教师待遇等方面的做法,可以为我国学前教育的改革和发展提供借鉴。
