摘    要:西方女性主义学者对“教师专业化”话语中的社会性别内涵进行了深刻剖析与批判,揭示出其中隐含的性别权力关系、前提假设与现实之间的矛盾,以及由此带给女教师职业身份认同的危机和教师教育的困境,并且在批判的基础上提出以女性主义教育学重新塑造女教师的身份认同。

Abstract:In recent years,feminists in western countries have studied the connotation related to gender in the widely-accepted concept " professionalization of teaching ". They have analysed its philosophical hypothsis and have revealed a gender-power relationship hidden behinde the official discourse,also the professional identity crisis of women teachers caused by the contradiction between the theory and their practice has been brought to light. They have offered recommendations for teacher education that will integrate feminism pedagogy into the mainstream of programs for prospective teachers.
