| Abstract: | The year of 2001 was regarded as the First Year of Educational Rebirth in the 21 st Century and the Plan for Educational Rebirth in the 21 st Century was published in January, 2001, which was in name of Cabinet Minister of Cultural Ministry and was a beginning of the new educational reform. The article introduces and analyzes the background, the content and features of the plan as the reference for Chinese educational reform. |
