| 摘 要： | 独立后印度高等教育的跨越式发展,集中表现在大批高等教育机构的建立,在校生人数的急剧增加及培养了大批高科技人才。这是社会经济发展的需要及政府的政策倾斜,人口快速增长对高等教育发展的需求,西方教育模式、教育思想的影响等因素互相交织的结果。高等教育的跨越式发展给印度的社会、经济、教育、科技发展带来了巨大的变化,同时也暴露出许多失误和问题。

| Abstract: | The development by leaps and bounds of higher education expressed in a focalized way of founding a lot of higher education organizations,increasing the number of stuednts and cultivating large quanlities high-tech persons. The causes include the economic needs and governmental policy slope,the requirements of the rapid increase of the population for the higher education, the effects of the west education mode and education ideas. The development by leaps and bounds of higher education brought India a huge change for society,economy, education,science and technology in India,but in the same time many problems and misplay emerged. |
