| 摘 要： | 在俄罗斯高等教育变革中,最值得关注的就是俄罗斯所确立的高等教育鉴定制度,该鉴定制度是由对高校的认可、评定与鉴定三个步骤构成的,这种通过鉴定来确认高校国家地位(大学、专业与学院)的制度,在多数国家还没有先例,对我国高校评估的发展与完善具有重要的启示意义。

| Abstract: | The appraisal institution of Russian higher education has attracted much attention in Russian higher education reform. The appraisal institution consists of three steps in succession as the certificating, assessing and appraisal for colleges and universities. This kind of institution which is to affirm the national status of colleges and universities through appraisal is the first one in the world, which can provide important inspiration for the development of the appraisal institution of Chinese colleges and universities. |
