文化创意产业人才的特征

摘    要:文化创意产业发展的关键是人才,竞争的核心是人才的竞争。文化产业的发展与文化产业人才队伍的建设是紧相关联,密不可分的,并对人才有着自身的特殊要求。文化创意产业人才存在高端人才匮乏、结构不合理、创新能力弱等问题。文化创意产业人才具有文化创新性、高知识性、丰富的想象力、高流动性和独特的思维方式等特征。文化产业发展的人才队伍的培养具有自身的特殊性,文化产业发展的人才支持体系的建设必须遵循文化产业人才发展的特殊规律,在文化产业人才的培养、管理、使用、评价、开发诸方面采取特殊手段和有效措施。

Abstract:The key of the cultural imagination industry development is talent. The competitive core is the competition of talent. The progress of the cultural industry and the talent team construction is closely related. There are some problems in the culture imaginative industry such as lack of the top talent, the unreasonable structure and weak of the innovation etc. The imagination talent should be of these characters such as cultural innovation, knowledge, rich in imagination and high circulation and unique thinking etc. The special measures for the imagination industry talent should be used such as to train, to manage to use reasonably and to evaluate.
