| 摘 要： | 农村集体幼儿园是当前青岛农村学前教育的主力军,整体办园行为规范,班额标准,大部分幼儿园收费合理,园舍面积符合国家标准,教师学历基本达标,职业满意度较高,但同时也存在着教师待遇差,工作压力大,教育教学知识掌握不足,教育培训难以满足需要等问题。为促进青岛农村学前教育事业持续健康发展,市政府应增加财政投入,在全省率先实现免费农村集体幼儿园教育,并逐步提高幼儿教师从业标准,增强幼儿教师职业幸福感体验,创建农村特色幼儿园,提高农村幼儿园教育质量,加强社区早教服务,促进农村家庭与社区教育的同步发展。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the status of rural collective kindergartens in Qingdao city,the thesis found the bottlenecks that hinder the development of the rural collective kindergartens,and came up with some targeted,timely,innovative and feasible measures to serve the sound development of the rural preschool education,which aims at urban-rural integration,and sets a good example for the nation’s preschool education development. |
