摘    要:本研究对从事幼儿教师职业不足五年的新手教师与从业五年以上的熟手教师的职业倦怠与职业承诺特点进行了测查和比较,结果显示:(1)总体而言,两类教师均未表现出较严重的职业倦怠,但从职业倦怠的不同维度来看,熟手教师存在一定程度的情绪耗竭;(2)两类教师职业承诺水平存在差异,其中新手教师职业承诺总体水平偏低,而熟手教师则具有非常高的规范承诺,但两类教师的继续承诺水平均偏低;(3)随着幼儿教师职业倦怠程度的增高,其职业承诺水平呈现下降趋势,其情绪耗竭程度随教龄增长亦显著增高。
