| 摘 要： | 办园理念是幼儿园办园思想的集中体现,对幼儿园的办学目标与发展方向起着引导与规范的作用.每个幼儿园都应根据自己的办园实际与经验提炼自己独特而科学的办因理念,在充分考虑国内外教育改革的历史背景与时代要求的基础上,在争取全体教职员工理解与认同的前提下,始终坚持以幼儿发展为本确定幼儿园的发展定位,并积极秉承教育家的情怀与高度责任意识,认真实践办园理念,引领幼儿园办园特色的形成与发展.
