| 摘 要： | 先秦的民本思想、儒家的仁德忠孝思想以及墨家的兼爱思想是中国古代慈幼恤孤制度发展演变的思想基础。在此基础上，中国古代较早地形成了以政府为主体，辅以家庭赡养、家族收养及私人捐助相结合的慈幼恤孤模式。施善与教化的相辅相依，推动了中国古代慈幼恤孤事业的发展。

| Abstract: | As the developing thought basis of the system of charitying infant and orphan, it includes the thought of people in pre-Qin dynasty, the thought of benevolence, moral, loyalty, fealty of the Confucian as well as the thought of philanthropism of the Mohist in China ancient times. On this basis, China had formed the pattern which took the government as the main body, while assisted by the family support, the family adoption and personal donates. The charity and civilizing relied on each other, impeling the enterprise of charitying infant and orphan to move forward in China ancient times. |
