| 摘 要： | 岗位设置是高等学校人事制度改革、完善用人机制、实施人才强校的重要组成部分。利用职工的人事档案、科研档案以及教学档案等资料,利用可拓学中的物元分析理论,对高校按需设岗、岗位分析、岗位评定等进行理论研究,实现高校档案的价值。

| Abstract: | Post arrangement in colleges is an important part in reforming the personnel system,perfecting the employment mechanism and strengthening schools through talents.Personnel archives of employees,archives of scientific research,teaching archives and matter element analysis are used to analyze post arrangement in demand,post analysis and post evaluation to realize the value of colleges’ archives. |
