| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的提高,建筑物的高度、规模不断提升,从而对建筑物中消防用水的安全程度、供水的可靠性和建筑物抗御火灾的能力等方面提出了更高要求。除了设计和材料设备选择等因素外,建筑施工质量的优劣直接影响建筑消防设施的正常运行。文章从工程监理的角度,介绍建筑消防系统在施工准备、施工过程和工程验收三个方面的监理控制要点。
