| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育培养人才的关键点在知识和技能的结合上,为此,我校在数控编程与操作课程中进行了“理论与实践一体化“教学改革,取得了良好的效果.理论与实践一体化教学模式从根本上改变了理论教学与实践教学相分离或一门课程、一个实践环节单独操练的做法,强调了教学内容与教学方法的应用性和综合性.在改革实践中,深刻体会到:教学条件是实现理论实践一体化的基石,教学组织形式是实现理论实践一体化的骨架,教学内容是实现理论实践一体化的材料.
